The entire premise behind this site is to provide a place for businesses to gain exposure to what they provide whether it is business to business (B2B) or business to consumer (B2C). Whether the economy is weak or strong, employers always need a quality pool of applicants and people need to know about quality places to work. While it costs time and money to maintain a site like this, there will never be a charge to any company to post a profile or list a job opportunity, nor will we charge any individual to post their resume for employers to review.

At one level, this site will hopefully become a resource to small and medium size businesses, my hope is that it will also become a resource to individuals. In order to be prepared for a rainy day, we need to make sure that we take the time to "spread our nets" so that we can catch plenty of "fish." Fish in this case being opportunities, and nets being methods and ways to reach out or make others aware of who we are and what we do whether as a company or as an individual.
